Classes and holiday programmes
Exam-prep and holiday classes run as group bookings with a capacity. Deposits, group classes and intake forms come with the Growth and Scale plans.
Client records
Intake answers and each learner's bookings are kept in their client record, in your account; they are never sold or shared.
Reschedules
Parents reschedule or cancel themselves from the booking, inside the rules you set, so a moved session does not cost you a message thread.
