The general questions

Answers before
you ask.

Website chatbots start at R299/month with a R250 setup — R549 in one payment at checkout, covering setup and your first month. On the products spine, Lead Generation starts at R1 199/month. Custom builds are quoted from R600 to R100,000+ depending on scope. Every price is on the pricing page.

Thirty minutes, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 SAST, South African public holidays excluded. Sign up outside those hours and it goes live at 08:30 the next business day.

No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. There are no 3, 12 or 24-month terms and no rush fees.

The setup fee plus your first month, in a single payment. On the Starter chatbot that is R250 + R299 = R549. Your first recurring charge falls one calendar month after that payment.

No. We handle every technical step — training, deployment, integrations and hosting. You supply your business info, review it and approve.

Yes. We build against POPIA principles — data minimisation, consent, opt-out and retention policies. We never sell your data and all chats are encrypted in transit.

Yes. Our AI is multilingual by default — English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa, Sesotho, Setswana and more. Customers can switch languages mid-conversation.

Yes. An AI receptionist answers website enquiries around the clock, books appointments, routes urgent matters and logs every interaction to your CRM. Common fit for medical practices, attorneys, salons and trades.

All of them. We deploy fully remotely from our Vanderbijlpark base — Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, East London, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Mbombela, Rustenburg, Kimberley and every smaller town in between.

Three things. We bill in rands, so currency swings do not spike your invoice. We tune the AI on South African languages and phrasing. And you get real humans on WhatsApp support, SARS-ready invoicing and POPIA compliance built in. International platforms give you a tool; we give you a deployed, trained agent.

Yes — the website chatbot has a 7-day free trial with 50 messages and no card required. One free trial per business.

Nothing dramatic. It is month-to-month, so you stop at the end of the month you have paid for, and we hand over everything we built for you.

A website chatbot starts at R299 a month with a R250 once-off setup fee — R549 in one payment at checkout, which covers the setup and your first month. Four tiers go up from there as your message volume and features grow. Month-to-month, cancel anytime, no contract. Custom AI builds are scoped and quoted separately.

A website chatbot is an AI agent that lives in a chat widget on your site. It is trained on your pages, prices and FAQs, so it answers visitors in plain language instead of handing them a contact form. Ours also captures the lead, books the appointment and takes the payment inside the same conversation.

Thirty minutes, Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30 SAST, SA public holidays excluded. Sign up outside that window and it goes live at 08:30 the next business day. There is no implementation project and no onboarding call to schedule.

You paste one line of code before the closing body tag. That is the entire install and it works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and hand-built HTML sites. If you would rather not touch your site, we add the chat widget for you.

Live chat routes a visitor to a human and shows a queue when nobody is available. An AI chatbot answers immediately, every time, including after hours. Ours does both — the AI handles the conversation and hands over to your team with the full history attached the moment a person is genuinely needed.

Yes — all eleven official South African languages, auto-detected, with no setup. A customer can open in English, switch to Afrikaans halfway through, and the chatbot keeps up. This is the most common reason SA businesses choose a local provider over an international platform.

Yes, from the Pro tier up. Appointment booking writes straight into Google Calendar, Cal.com or Acuity, and PayFast payment happens inside the chat so the customer never leaves the conversation.

It says so and hands over to a human, rather than inventing something. We train it not to guess on purpose — a confident wrong answer about your stock, your hours or your prices costs you more than an honest handover.

Yes. Consent prompts, opt-out handling, retention windows and audit logs are built in rather than bolted on, and we build against the POPIA framework. Your chatbot is trained only on your business — your data is never pooled with another client and never sold.

ChatGPT does not know your prices, your stock, your delivery areas or your calendar, and it will invent them confidently. We train the model on your actual content, connect it to your calendar, CRM and PayFast, hold it to your tone and give you a dashboard to correct it from your phone. You are buying the trained, connected, monitored version.

No. We handle training, deployment, integrations and hosting. You supply your business info, review it and approve. After that, updates happen from your phone.

Yes, from your own dashboard, on any phone. The tone, the answers, the business hours, the escalation rules and the numbers are all yours to edit, and a change is live immediately. You are never waiting on us for a copy tweak.

Yes — a 7-day free trial, 50 messages, no card required. One free trial per business. It is trained on your real website content, so you are testing the actual thing.

No. We deploy fully remotely from our Vanderbijlpark base, so a chatbot for a business in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban or Pretoria goes live exactly as fast as one down the road. We serve every city and town in South Africa.

A bad one will. The two things that make people hate chatbots are being trapped in a loop and being answered confidently with something wrong — so ours is built not to do either. It answers from your own content rather than guessing, and when it is not confident it says so and offers a person instead of inventing an answer. It does not pop open over the page and interrupt somebody who is reading; it waits to be opened. If a visitor asks for a human at any point, they get one.

The bot hands over rather than blocking. It alerts your team, tells the customer a person is coming, and passes the whole conversation across so nobody has to repeat themselves — which is the single most common complaint about handovers everywhere else. You choose how the alert reaches you and which questions trigger a handover automatically, from your dashboard. Outside your business hours it takes the message and the contact details so the lead is not lost.

Yes. It runs on our servers, not on the power at your office, so your chatbot keeps answering while your building is dark. The one thing it cannot survive is your own website going down — if your site is unreachable, the widget has nowhere to load. That is worth checking with whoever hosts you, because a chatbot that answers through a blackout is one of the few genuinely South African reasons to have one at all.

A website chatbot catches the person who is already on your site, comparing you against two other tabs, and it answers them before they close one. That is the moment with the most intent in it. We do not sell a WhatsApp chatbot — that product was discontinued — so if WhatsApp is genuinely where your customers start, we would tell you so rather than sell you the wrong thing. WhatsApp is still available as a channel a client connects themselves — their own WhatsApp Business number, wired into our integrations for outbound notifications and for handing a live chat to a person. It is not something we answer on your behalf.

Neither one needs you to touch code. On WordPress you install our plugin from your dashboard and enter a six-character pairing code. On Wix you open our Wix app, paste your site key and press Activate — nothing is pasted into the site itself. On any other platform it is one line of script before the closing body tag, and the dashboard shows you exactly where it goes for the platform you are on, because it checks what your site is built with. If somebody else manages your website, the dashboard will email them the line and the twenty-second instructions.

Everything about Website Chatbot

It starts at R349 a month plus a R500 once-off setup fee — R849 at checkout, then R349 a month by debit order with the first recurring charge a month later. No contract and no per-seat licence. The honest comparison is not Microsoft Copilot, which comes bundled with your mail; it is the part-time administrator you were about to hire to watch info@.

An AI email assistant is an agent connected to a business mailbox that reads every incoming message, classifies it, scores it for urgency, answers the routine ones using your business rules and price list, and escalates the rest to a person with the thread summarised. It works on shared inboxes like info@ or sales@, not just one person's mail.

We connect through OAuth — the same permission mechanism your phone uses. We never see, receive or store your password, and you can revoke our access from your own Google or Microsoft admin console at any time without contacting us. Your mail is not used to train any public model, retention windows are set by you, and the build follows POPIA principles.

Copilot and Gemini help you write faster: they summarise a thread you are reading and draft a reply for you to send. They do not watch a shared mailbox overnight, classify by urgency against your business rules, answer routine enquiries from your own price list and escalate the rest. If you only need faster typing, use Copilot — it is already paid for.

Yes, and that is the sensible way to start. In draft mode every reply is written and waits for one click. As you get comfortable you can clear specific categories for automatic sending — opening hours, delivery areas, order confirmations — while everything else stays in draft. You control the line and can move it at any time.

Yes, both — Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, plus standard IMAP mailboxes. You do not change your email address, your hosting or your provider, and nothing about the way you already read mail changes. It works on multiple mailboxes and on shared inboxes.

It is trained to escalate rather than guess. When it is not confident it drafts instead of sending, or hands the whole thread to a person with a summary attached. You also get a log of every message it handled and what it did, so a wrong answer is visible immediately rather than discovered by a customer three weeks later.

That is most of the value. It scores every message for urgency and intent using your rules — a cancellation, a complaint, a large quote request or a named key account gets flagged and can escalate urgent emails to Slack or Microsoft Teams so somebody actually sees it. The routine noise gets handled quietly underneath.

We train it on your real correspondence, your price list, your policies and your FAQs during setup, then you review the answers and correct anything that reads wrong. After go-live you edit tone, rules and answers from your dashboard, and it learns from the corrections you make to its drafts.

Yes. It reads attachments, extracts what matters from a PDF quote or order, files the document and logs the details. Invoice and order emails are the most common case — the data goes where it needs to go without anybody retyping it.

Yes. It sends multilingual email replies in the language the customer wrote in, across all eleven official South African languages. A customer who emails in Afrikaans gets an Afrikaans reply without anybody switching anything on.

That is your call and we recommend being straightforward about it. Replies go out under your business identity in your tone. A short line saying an assistant handled the first response and a person is available — it costs nothing in conversion and it earns trust when a human does take over.

Yes, and that is the main use case. info@, sales@, accounts@ and support@ are exactly the mailboxes that need it, because they belong to everybody and therefore to nobody. It gives you shared inbox software behaviour without moving your team onto a new ticketing tool.

Because ChatGPT does not have your inbox. It does not know your price list, your stock, your delivery areas or which of these senders is a key account, it cannot see a message arrive at 03:00, and somebody still has to copy the email in and the answer back out. Pasting a thread into ChatGPT is faster typing; this is a mailbox that is already handled when you open it. Both have their place, and if copy-paste is genuinely working for you, keep the money.

No developer. The build takes 30 minutes, Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30 SAST, SA public holidays excluded. You connect the mailbox with OAuth, we train and test it, you review it, and it goes live. Sign up outside those hours and it lands at 08:30 the next business day.

Everything about Email AI Bot

It starts at R1,299 a month plus a R2,000 once-off setup fee — R3,299 at checkout, then R1,299 a month by debit order. No contract. Tiers are priced on the number of contacts and sends are unlimited. On a pure per-contact basis Mailchimp is cheaper and we will not pretend otherwise; what it does not include is somebody to write, segment, schedule and test the campaign, which is what you are actually buying here.

Almost always no. Section 69 of POPIA prohibits electronic direct marketing without prior consent, unless the person is an existing customer who bought something similar and was given a chance to opt out when you collected the address. The Information Regulator's December 2024 guidance added that you may approach somebody once to ask for consent and that a refusal is permanent. We do not send to bought lists. This is not legal advice.

Buying the list is not the offence; marketing to it electronically without consent is what section 69 prohibits. In practice a purchased list fails on every front — no consent record, high bounce rates, spam complaints, a wrecked sending reputation, and exposure to the Information Regulator. We will not load one. If you have an existing customer base, that is a different conversation and we will help you work out which part of it qualifies.

Usually authentication rather than content. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are DNS records that prove the mail is really from you, and Gmail's bulk sender requirements now expect all three plus one-click unsubscribe and a spam-complaint rate under a hard threshold. Add a cold sending domain, a stale list and no bounce handling and delivery collapses. We set the records up, warm the domain and clean the list before the first send.

Yes, it is part of setup. We generate the records, tell you exactly what to add at your DNS provider or do it with you on a call, then verify that all three pass before anything goes out. If you would rather your IT person made the change, we give them the exact values.

It writes the first draft — subject line and body, per segment, from your products, your tone and what your list has responded to before. You review and edit anything that does not sound like you, and it learns from the edits. The value is not that a machine writes English; it is that the campaign gets written at all, on a Tuesday when nobody had time.

Yes, and it is the default. Every campaign waits for your approval, and you can see the segment, the copy, the test variants and the send schedule before anything leaves. Recurring sequences can be set to run on their own once you have approved the pattern.

Yes, provided those contacts opted in or are existing customers. We clean it on import — remove duplicates, fix obvious typos, verify addresses and quarantine anything that looks bought or scraped — and tell you what we removed and why. A list that has not been emailed in two years is warmed up gradually rather than blasted.

Hard bounces are suppressed immediately and permanently. Soft bounces are retried on a schedule and suppressed if they persist. Every unsubscribe is honoured globally across all future campaigns, not just the one it came from. This is not housekeeping — an unmanaged bounce rate is the fastest way to be classified as a spammer.

You are priced on how many contacts you hold, not on how often you email them. Send weekly, send a campaign and a follow-up in the same week, split-test three versions — the price does not change. Most platforms charge on sends, which quietly discourages the exact behaviour that makes email work.

Yes. Campaigns can be written and sent per language across all eleven official South African languages, with the right version chosen per contact where you hold that information.

Opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes, bounces and revenue attribution per campaign and per segment, plus the A/B test result and what the AI changed as a consequence. The reports are built around what earned rather than what looked busy.

Yes, entirely. Your contacts, their consent records and their engagement history are yours, and we export the lot in a standard format whenever you ask, including on the way out. Nobody should be locked into a vendor by their own customer list.

No developer. The build takes 30 minutes, Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30 SAST, SA public holidays excluded. The one thing that can take longer is DNS: if your domain records need changing, delivery waits for that to propagate, which is usually a few hours.

Everything about Mass Email

With us it is R1,199 a month plus a R1,500 once-off setup fee — R2,699 at checkout, then R1,199 monthly, no contract. For context, published South African B2B lead-generation agency retainers run roughly R8,000 to R45,000 a month plus a R5,000 to R15,000 setup. That is a different purchase: an agency runs the outreach and books meetings, we fill the top of the funnel with sourced, verified prospects and hand them to your team.

A company record matching your ideal customer profile, with the decision maker named, their role, a verified business email, a phone number where one exists, firmographic detail, deduplicated against your CRM and scored for fit. It is a researched, verified prospect — not a booked meeting and not somebody who has raised their hand. If a supplier is offering you booked meetings at this price, ask them to define the word.

No. We source, enrich, verify, score and deliver; your team runs the outreach and the conversation. Some clients pair this with our Mass Email product to work the list, which is a different service with its own consent rules. We are deliberately not an appointment-setting agency and we would rather say so upfront than have you discover it in month two.

It is regulated, not banned. POPIA treats a named person's work email as personal information — business contact details are not automatically exempt — and section 69 restricts unsolicited electronic direct marketing without consent, with a narrow existing-customer exception. What that means practically: source transparently, keep a record of where each contact came from, identify yourself, and honour opt-outs immediately and permanently. We build all of that in. This is not legal advice.

Public and licensed business data sources, company registries, public web presence and firmographic providers, combined and cross-verified. We record the source against every record so it can be evidenced. We do not scrape LinkedIn profiles in breach of their terms and we do not buy the recycled lists that circulate in this market.

Yes. We do not sell the same record to your competitor. Two clients targeting genuinely overlapping profiles are told before they sign, not afterwards, and we adjust the targeting so the sourcing does not collide.

Every email is put through verification before delivery, so bounce rates stay low enough to protect your sending domain. Nothing is perfect — people change jobs — so any record that hard-bounces inside 30 days is replaced free. Ask any supplier who will not put that in writing why not.

Yes, that is the setup conversation. Industry, province or city, headcount, revenue band, and signals like recent hiring or a new location. The tighter the profile the better this works: 500 well-matched records beat 5,000 that nobody phones.

The Minimum Package delivers 500 leads a month, and the higher tiers scale from there — the tier table above sets out each allowance. They arrive daily rather than in one monthly dump, so your team has a steady list instead of a spike.

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, a Google Sheet, or direct to email. If you use something else, tell us and we will connect it — the point is that nobody imports a CSV every Monday.

We deduplicate against your CRM before delivery, so an existing customer or an open opportunity is filtered out rather than delivered and counted. Duplicates that slip through are replaced.

The first records land within a few working days of the profile being agreed. Results in the sense of closed business depend on your outreach and your sales cycle — a B2B deal with a three-month cycle will not close in week two, and any supplier promising otherwise is selling you a story.

Yes. The records delivered to you are yours, they stay in your CRM, and they do not disappear if you cancel. You can export everything at any time.

Yes. Month to month, no contract. Pause it over a quiet December and restart in January — your profile and suppression lists are kept so you are not starting from scratch.

Everything about Lead Generation

Ours starts at R1,299 a month plus a R2,000 once-off setup fee — R3,299 at checkout, then R1,299 monthly, no contract, and no commission on bookings or deposits ever. For context, there are free booking calendars in this market and local options from around R299 a month. If all you need is a page where customers pick a slot, take one of those. Ours is an AI that handles the whole conversation and books from inside it.

A booking page waits to be found. At 22:40 on a Friday somebody messages asking whether you have anything on Saturday morning and what it costs — a page cannot answer that, so they message the next business on the list. Ours answers, quotes, offers the open slots, takes the deposit and books it inside that conversation. If your bookings arrive as questions rather than as clicks on a link, that is the whole difference.

Yes, through PayFast, as a fixed amount or a percentage, per service. Industry research reports that a ten to twenty percent deposit cuts no-shows by roughly forty to sixty percent. You set which services require one and the cancellation window under which it is retained, and the system enforces it so nobody on your team has to argue about it.

Four things, all built in: a deposit at booking, automated email reminders at the intervals that work, a cancellation policy the system enforces, and one-tap self-service rescheduling — because a moved appointment is recoverable and a no-show is not. When somebody does cancel, the waitlist runs automatically and offers the slot to the people who wanted that time.

Yes, and with Outlook and Apple. Every booking is emailed as a real calendar invite, so it lands in the diary you already use and a cancellation takes it back out. Paste your calendar’s ICS link and the time you block out there — leave, a school run, a supplier meeting — stops customers booking over it, as soon as your calendar publishes the change. Cal.com and Acuity are written to directly.

Yes. The booking link stands on its own — put it in your Instagram bio, on your Google Business Profile or on a Facebook page and customers book straight from there. If you do have a website, there is a booking widget that drops in with one line of code.

Yes, from a link in their confirmation and reminder — no phone call, no back-and-forth. You set how close to the appointment self-service is allowed and what happens to the deposit inside that window. Self-service rescheduling is the single cheapest no-show reduction there is.

Yes. Multi-staff scheduling with individual working hours, services, buffers between appointments, leave and daily limits. Customers can book a specific person or take the first available. Multi-location businesses run each branch with its own staff, hours and rules.

Never. Whether you take ten bookings a month or a thousand, the monthly is the monthly. Marketplace platforms that look cheaper often take a cut of every booking or of the deposit, which at volume costs far more than a subscription.

They cannot. Availability is held at the calendar level and checked at the moment of confirmation, so a slot that is being taken in the chat is not simultaneously offered on the booking link. Double bookings are prevented rather than discovered.

Of course. You add them to the same calendar and availability updates everywhere instantly. This is designed to absorb the after-hours and overflow enquiries you are currently losing, not to stop you answering the phone.

Yes. The booking conversation runs in all eleven official South African languages, auto-detected, including reminders and confirmations.

Yes. Consent, retention windows, opt-out and audit logs are built in, and appointment data is not shared or sold. You control how long customer records are kept and can export or delete them on request.

The build takes 30 minutes, Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30 SAST, SA public holidays excluded. We import existing future bookings from a spreadsheet or a calendar export so your diary is not split across two systems on day one.

Everything about Booking Systems

R80 a month on the Minimum tier, with no setup fee — the only product we sell that has none, so checkout takes your first month and nothing else. No contract. Intermediate and Pro raise the monthly document allowance; the tier table above sets out each one. For context, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks start north of R200 a month and climb per user and per company.

Under section 20(4) of the VAT Act a full tax invoice must show the words "Tax Invoice", "VAT Invoice" or "Invoice"; your name, address and VAT registration number; the customer's name and address, plus their VAT number where the supply exceeds the prescribed threshold; a serial number and the date of issue; a description of the goods or services; the quantity or volume; and the value, the VAT charged and the total — either separately or with a statement that VAT is included at the applicable rate. Every document this app produces carries all of it. This is not tax advice.

A quote is an offer to supply at a stated price, usually valid for a stated period, and it creates no obligation to pay. An invoice is a demand for payment for goods or services supplied, and a tax invoice from a VAT vendor carries specific legal content requirements. In this app a quote becomes an invoice in one tap, keeping the same line items and reference so the trail is unbroken.

A quote is generally an offer rather than a contract — it becomes binding once the customer accepts it on the stated terms and within the stated validity period. That is exactly why every quote should carry a validity date and clear terms, and why acceptance should be recorded. The app does both and timestamps the acceptance.

Only if you are a registered VAT vendor. Registration is compulsory once your taxable supplies exceed the prescribed annual threshold — currently R1 million in any twelve-month period — and voluntary registration is possible above a lower threshold. If you are not registered you must not charge VAT or issue a document calling itself a tax invoice. The app handles both cases and will not let you issue a VAT invoice without a VAT number captured. Confirm your own position with your accountant.

To add VAT to an exclusive amount, multiply by 1.15. To extract VAT from an inclusive amount, multiply by 15 and divide by 115 — not by 15%, which is the most common error and the one that leaves a few cents wrong on every line. The app works it to the cent on every line and on the total, and handles zero-rated and exempt items separately.

Records supporting a tax return generally have to be kept for five years from the date the return was submitted, and longer where an assessment is under objection or audit. Every document you issue is retained with its history and is exportable, so a five-year-old invoice is a search rather than an archaeology project.

To correct or reverse an invoice that has already been issued. You do not delete an issued invoice — your numbering sequence has to stay unbroken for SARS. A credit note references the original, adjusts the VAT correctly, and leaves a clean audit trail. The app generates it and links the two documents.

Not from inside the app — the system sends by email. What every document does carry is a share link the customer can open in a browser, so if WhatsApp is where your customer lives you paste that link into the chat yourself. The PDF and the link both carry your logo, your colours and your banking details.

A view of every unpaid invoice grouped by how overdue it is — current, 30, 60, 90 and 120-plus days. It is the single most useful report a small business has and almost nobody builds it by hand. It updates as payments come in, and automatic payment reminders are driven off it.

No, and be careful of anything that says it does. It produces compliant documents and keeps the records tidy, which makes your accountant's job faster and cheaper. It does not do a general ledger, a trial balance, payroll, annual financial statements or your tax return. Your accountant exports everything they need in one click.

Yes. It installs on a phone, tablet or desktop like an app and keeps working without signal — quote on a customer's driveway in a spot with no coverage, and everything syncs when you are back in range. Nothing is lost while you are offline.

The Minimum tier covers 150 documents a month, Intermediate 1,500 and Pro 50,000, where a document is a quote, invoice, proforma, credit note or statement. Going over does not stop you working — you are prompted to move up a tier, and the change takes effect immediately with the difference pro-rated.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is per-user, and it is never sold or shared. Handling follows POPIA principles and you can export everything at any time. Month to month, no contract, cancel at the end of a paid month — and you take your data with you.

Everything about Bookkeeping & Invoice+Quote Generation

Published SA agency surveys put it between roughly R1,990 and R100,000, with most businesses paying R15,000 to R50,000 for a professional build in 2026. Ours runs from R2,000 for a starter build to R14,500 at the top of the range, once-off, then a flat R250 a month for hosting. The tier table above is the complete price list — there is no "it depends" and no discovery call required to find out.

Included: the design, the build, the copy formatting, mobile optimisation, basic on-page SEO, a contact form, an SSL certificate, hosting, backups, security updates and a POPIA privacy policy. Not included unless you ask: photography, logo design, long-form copywriting, and ongoing content updates beyond the occasional small change. Add-ons like a chatbot, a booking system or invoicing are separate products with their own pricing.

With us, R250 a month, flat — hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and monitoring included. Reported figures put the typical South African business site at R1,500 to R5,000 a month once hosting, domain, SSL, plugin licences, patching and maintenance are added up. That gap exists because we build without a plugin stack, so there is nothing to license and very little to break.

Yes, completely, from day one. The files, the design, the content and the domain are yours. We do not register domains in our own name and we do not build on a proprietary platform you cannot leave. If you go elsewhere, you go with a working website and we hand everything over without an argument.

Yes, any time, and we will help. We hand over the files, the DNS details and anything else your new provider needs. A web designer who makes this difficult is telling you something about how they keep clients.

Two to thirty days depending on the tier — a landing page at the fast end, a WebCommerce or Enterprise build at the other. This is the one product we do not deliver in thirty minutes, because a website is a build rather than a deployment. The clock starts when we have your content and your approval on the direction.

We can work with WordPress if you already have it, but we do not recommend starting there. We hand-build in clean HTML and CSS with no page builder and no plugin stack, which is why our sites load fast and cost R250 a month to run instead of R1,500. WordPress is the single most common reason an SA business site is slow and expensive to maintain.

A website builder is genuinely good if you want to build and maintain the site yourself — and if that is you, use one. The trade is your time, a subscription that never ends, a slower site, and a design constrained by the template. We build it, you own it, and the ongoing cost is R250 a month.

The technical foundation is included and it is the part most builds get wrong: semantic markup, a clean heading structure, proper metadata, structured data, a sitemap, fast Core Web Vitals and mobile-first rendering. That makes the site rankable. Ranking for competitive terms also needs content and time, which is ongoing work rather than something a build can promise.

Not shipping what you do not need. No page builder, no jQuery stack, no theme framework, self-hosted fonts instead of third-party requests, images sized and compressed properly, and CSS that is written rather than generated. It is measurable — run this site through PageSpeed Insights and then run the last quote you received.

We format and structure what you give us, and we will tighten headings and calls to action. Full copywriting from scratch is a separate scope — tell us at quoting stage and we will price it. Supplying your own words usually produces a better site, because you know how you talk about the work.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. A redesign is usually better value than a rebuild from zero because the content, the structure and the search history already exist. We keep the URLs that are earning traffic and redirect the ones that are not, so a redesign does not cost you your rankings.

Yes — PayFast, and other South African gateways where you already have a merchant account. Full online stores are the WebCommerce tier, which includes a product catalogue, cart, checkout and order handling.

Yes, and this is where a website from us differs from one from a design studio. A website chatbot answers visitors in eleven languages, and a booking system fills your calendar from the same conversation. Both are separate products with their own pricing and both drop into a site we built without a rebuild.

Everything about Website Design

Between R600 and R100,000-plus, quoted per job. R600 is a single automation that removes a recurring task; R100,000 is a multi-system build with integrations, data migration, testing and training. Most projects start with a small fixed-price proof of concept on one process. The scoping conversation is free and this product is never sold online — there is no checkout for a bespoke build.

A single automation, and we take them happily. Removing one recurring hour a week from somebody's job is often worth more than a large system that nobody adopts, and it is the best way to find out whether working with us suits you before anyone commits real money.

We tell you, and you buy that instead. A large share of the enquiries that reach this page are already solved by one of our productised systems — website chatbot, email agent, mass email, lead generation, booking or invoicing. Those go live in thirty minutes and cost a fraction of a bespoke build. It costs us a quote and saves you months.

Usually one of five reasons: the pilot worked on clean demo data and died on real data; nobody owned it after handover; it automated a process that was about to change; staff were never brought along; or it was impressive rather than useful. We scope small first, build against your real data, keep a human in the loop where a wrong answer is expensive, and hand over documentation rather than a black box.

You do — the code, the workflows, the prompts, the data and the documentation. We build on standard, portable components and hand over a pack explaining how it works, how to change it and how another developer would pick it up. There is no proprietary runtime holding your business in place.

No. Your data is not used to train any public model. Where confidentiality demands it we run components inside your own environment, and we sign an NDA before the scoping call if you want one. Data handling follows POPIA principles throughout.

AI systems can produce confident wrong answers; that is a property of the technology, not something any vendor has solved. What you can control is where a wrong answer is allowed to land. Anything financial, legal or customer-facing is designed to escalate to a person rather than guess, with an audit trail behind every decision, and we will tell you plainly which parts of a proposed system we would not automate end to end.

In our experience it moves them off the work they least want to do. The systems that succeed remove rekeying, chasing and searching, and give people back the judgement work. The ones that fail are the ones sold as headcount reduction and then quietly need two people to run. We will tell you which one your project looks like.

A single automation can be a few days. A proof of concept is typically one to three weeks. A multi-system build runs one to three months depending on integrations and how clean the data is. Note this is not our thirty-minute product line — custom work is scoped, built and tested properly.

Not perfect data, but you do need to know where it lives. Half of most projects is getting information out of the places it is currently trapped — spreadsheets, PDFs, an old system nobody supports. That is normal, it is part of the scope, and any vendor who tells you data quality is a non-issue has not looked at yours.

In many cases yes, and for regulated or confidentiality-sensitive work it is often the right answer. We will tell you honestly which components can run on your infrastructure and which depend on an external model provider, along with what each choice costs in money and in maintenance.

Both. We work alongside in-house teams regularly, and we are often called in to finish or repair a stalled build. For a rescue we start with an honest assessment of what is salvageable — sometimes the answer is that restarting is cheaper, and we would rather say so before you spend more.

Yes to both. Support and maintenance are quoted with the project rather than assumed, so you know what year two costs before you start. Training is included on any system your staff have to operate — a system nobody was shown how to use is a system nobody uses.

We agree the measure before we build: hours removed, response time, error rate, throughput, revenue touched. If a project cannot be measured, that is a strong sign it should not be built yet, and we will say so at scoping rather than at invoicing.

Everything about Custom AI

It is the third way to run Property Firm Automation, and the only one that puts the marketing up for you — real estate social media automation in the literal sense, with the posts going out without anybody in the office doing it. You connect the agency’s Facebook and Instagram business pages, answer a short set of questions once to set your defaults, and it reads your Property24 book and posts 12 pieces a day — 8 videos and 4 images — in your branding, on its own. Nobody is seated and nobody pastes a link. The other two setups make the same content and your team puts it up itself.

Yes, and it is the only free trial DoubleDown AI runs outside the Website Chatbot. New clients get the Autoposter free for 14 days: 168 pieces of content — 112 videos and 56 images — posted to your Facebook and Instagram, with a guaranteed minimum of 5 400 views and, on what we have seen, up to 30 000. Everything in it is built from your own listings, so there is nothing invented in any of it. Two things have to hold for the guarantee: both accounts stay connected for the full 14 days, and there are listings on your book to work from. If it does not reach 5 400 we keep it running, free, until it does. One trial per agency.

It stops, and nothing is charged — there is no card on file and nothing for you to cancel. What you are left with is two weeks of real numbers off your own book rather than a demo, and every piece it made stays yours to keep using. If you want it to carry on you tell us and we price it with the rest of your plan. We put the value in front of you first on purpose: an agency that has watched its own listings get marketed every day for a fortnight does not need to be talked into the rest.

It is the marketing of a listing being made from the listing itself, instead of a person rebuilding it by hand. You paste a listing link; the price, beds, baths, erf size, suburb and photographs are read off it and laid into templates that already carry your agency branding; and a branded, captioned video and image set comes back ready to use. The agency stops being the bottleneck between a signed mandate and its first piece of marketing.

We do not publish a price, because an agency of five and an agency of fifty are not the same product. Send us a request saying how many agents you would seat and roughly how many listings a month you take, and the plan, the seats and the one-off setup fee come back in writing. There is no contract — month to month, cancel at the end of any paid month. The comparison worth making is not against other software but against a marketing coordinator’s salary and a per-listing videographer, because those are what the work is costing you today.

A finished set: the video in vertical, square and wide, the matching image designs, burned-in captions and an optional voiceover — every one of them in your agency brand kit, and every one of them a one-tap download. Nothing comes back as a project file somebody still has to open and finish.

Three business days. We build your brand kit onto every template, seat and fence each agent, connect your pages and import your listings, and a person checks a render of each template before you get the keys. Every other DoubleDown product is live in 30 minutes; this one is not, because doing it properly for a whole agency takes longer than doing it fast.

Yes, and it is enforced server-side. Every agent has a monthly credit limit you set, and the database refuses the render that would cross it. You can also cap what they are allowed to make at all — video, images, voiceover — per agent.

You offboard them from the dashboard. Their seat is released, their app stops working and their access to your listings ends. The work they already made stays with the agency, because it was made under your brand.

Yes, from the dashboard, and you pick the kind of seat each time. Your plan covers a number of seats already, and your monthly content budget goes up by that seat’s own allowance the moment you add one. Move up a plan instead if you want a bigger shared budget as well as more seats.

Yes, and that is the normal way in. Paste the link and the price, beds, baths, erf size, suburb and photographs come off the listing itself. A Private Property link works the same way, you can connect a listing feed for a bulk import of the whole book, and anything not online yet can be typed in by hand.

Yes. Turn the approval workflow on and every render waits for a principal or a marketing manager before the agent can download it. Every action is stamped with the agent who took it, so the audit trail shows who made what, who approved it and when — which is the record a franchise or a multi-branch group usually needs and rarely has.

The agency does. It is rendered in the agency brand kit, from the agency’s listings, on the agency’s plan, and it stays when the agent leaves. That is one of the practical differences between seating your agents here and having each of them build their own marketing in their own personal tools, where the work walks out with them.

Yes. A rental listing is marketed exactly like a sale listing — same templates, same branding, same three shapes — and a large rental book is usually the strongest argument for the bulk import, because it is the part of an agency that most often gets no marketing at all.

No. The templates are already designed and your brand kit is already on them, and a listing video is cut from the photographs the agent already has rather than from a shoot. Where a listing genuinely deserves a filmed walkthrough, use your videographer for that one and let this handle the other forty.

It is built to be. Listing and client information is stored against a retention policy you control, access is per agent rather than shared, every action is logged, and we never sell or share your data. Offboarding an agent removes their access immediately rather than at the next audit.

That is normal and it is how most agencies start — seat the agents who will actually use it, and add the rest when they ask, which they generally do once the first ones are posting daily. An agent who wants to run their own marketing independently of the agency plan is the other product, Property Agent Automation.

It gives you the pieces; the responsibility stays yours, as it must. The Property Practitioners Act requires your marketing material — social posts included — to reflect the business name, email address and telephone number, and to state that you are registered with the PPRA. Every end card is built from your brand kit and already carries the agent’s name, phone, email, website and your agency line, so the contact requirement is handled on every render rather than remembered per post. Put the words “Registered with the PPRA” into your agency line once and they go out on everything after that. Candidate practitioners are a separate question — see the approval workflow.

Property24 and Private Property links both work, and that is the normal way in. Anything else — your own listing page, a stock sheet, a property that is not online yet — can be typed in by hand or brought across in bulk from a listing feed. The Competition Commission’s ruling means the portals now have to make your own listing feed available to you without a per-office fee, so piping your whole stock in is no longer something you pay a portal for the privilege of doing.

Yes, and it is the most repetitive job on an agency’s week. Give it the listing plus the date and time and it renders the show-day set — the date, the time, the address and the directions on the frame — in each agent’s own branding. On a roster it runs as one batch, so every agent’s show days for the coming weekend come back together instead of somebody rebuilding the same template fifteen times on a Thursday afternoon.

Principals tell us it is one of the more persuasive things they can put in front of a candidate. An agent joining you is joining a marketing standard: from their first mandate they get the same studio-grade video and image set as your top biller, with no design skill and no waiting on a marketing coordinator. It also shortens the time a new agent takes to become visible, which is the part of onboarding that usually costs an agency the most.

Ja.

Everything about Property Firm Automation

It is quoted rather than listed. Tell us how many listings a month you actually take and we come back with the plan and the number in writing, including the one-off setup fee. The monthly is a content budget in credits rather than a per-listing charge, there is no contract, and you cancel at the end of any paid month. The comparison most agents find useful is a single per-listing videographer booking against a month of rendering — but work it out on your own listing volume rather than ours, which is why the number comes after we know it.

Canva is free, it is genuinely good, and if you enjoy designing you should keep using it. The difference is that Canva starts with a blank canvas and this starts with a listing link: you paste it, and the price, beds, baths, suburb and photographs are already laid into a template carrying your branding, captioned and voiced. You are buying the evening back, not a better design tool.

From the listing itself. Paste a Property24 link and the price, beds, baths, size, suburb and photos are read off it. You can also type a listing in by hand if it is not online yet.

That is between you and your agency, and it is worth asking — the videos carry your branding. If your agency wants one dashboard for everybody, Property Firm Automation is the version built for that.

A video is 11 credits, an image is 2.8, a voiceover is 4 — so a plan’s monthly budget reads directly as how much content you can make. Unused credits do not roll over, and you can top up at any time from inside the app.

Thirty minutes on a business day, like every other DoubleDown product. You add your logo and colours, paste your first listing, and have a video the same afternoon.

Yes, from inside the app, effective immediately. If you end up needing seats for other agents, that is the firm product rather than several copies of this one.

Yes. From the Growth plan an AI voiceover reads the listing, and from Scale you can clone your own voice so the walkthrough sounds like the agent the buyer is about to phone. It is the one part of a listing video a template library cannot give you, and it is the reason two agents using the same template do not produce the same video.

Yes, and that is the point of it. It installs to your home screen like an app, and a video can be made between viewings from the car. There is no separate desktop version to go back to and nothing that has to be finished at home in the evening.

All three, from one paste: vertical for Instagram and TikTok, square for Facebook, and wide for LinkedIn or a listing page. Each one is captioned and carries your branding, and each downloads to your phone in a tap — so the file is already the right size for wherever you are putting it.

Nothing renders that you did not ask for, and nothing is charged silently. You either buy a top-up pack from inside the app or move up a plan, both effective immediately. Unused credits do not roll over, which is why the plans are sized to a realistic month rather than a best one.

Yes — 29 image designs alongside the 53 video looks, in the same brand kit. Images cost a fraction of a video in credits, so a listing that does not justify a full walkthrough still gets a proper branded post, and a show day gets a countdown, a reminder and a sold card without a video budget.

It is built to be. Your listings and your brand kit are yours, stored against a retention policy, and never sold or shared. If you cancel, you can download the work you made before the account closes.

That is where agents get the most out of it. You do not need the mandate to make the marketing — paste the listing link, or type the house in from the seller’s own details, and walk into the valuation with the actual month of marketing that property would get: the video in their street, their photographs, your branding, your voice. Most listing presentations promise marketing in the abstract. Showing a seller the real thing, on your phone, at their kitchen table, is a different conversation to describing it.

Yes, and it is the one that repeats every single week. Give it the listing and the date and the show-day set comes back with the date, the time, the address and the directions on the frame, in your branding — including a vertical cut sized for a WhatsApp Status, which is where most South African buyers actually see them. You download it and post it; we never touch your accounts.

Every end card is built from your brand kit and already carries your name, your phone number, your email and your website, which is the contact information the Property Practitioners Act requires on marketing material — and it is on every render rather than something you remember to add. The Act also requires the words “Registered with the PPRA”; put that into your agency line in the brand kit once and it goes out on everything after that. If you are a candidate property practitioner, you must be identified as one and work under your principal’s supervision — that applies to your posts the same as to your paperwork.

Ja.

No, and that is the whole idea. The templates are already designed and your brand kit is already applied to them, so the only decisions left are which template and which listing. If you want a designer for a signature listing, use one for that and let this handle the everyday ones.
