Every listing marketed.
The day it lands.

3 business days to liveNo contractsPOPIA-aligned

Your whole agency, producing like a studio.

One dashboard for the whole agency: paste a listing link, and a branded video comes back rendered and captioned — for every agent on your roster, under your brand.

What you get

Every listing marketed the day it lands.

A listing link in, a finished video out

Paste a Property24 link or import in bulk. Price, beds, baths, size, suburb and photos are read off the listing and laid into a template — no retyping, no design round-trip.

Every agent, seated and fenced

Each agent installs their own app, with their own monthly spend limit, their own permissions and their own listings. Enforced in the database, not in the interface — a limit only the screen believes is not a limit.

Nothing leaves unapproved

Turn on approval and every render waits for a principal before an agent can use it. Every action is stamped with the agent who took it, so the audit trail is real.

Your brand, on everything

Your logo, colours and fonts are baked into all 36 video and 20 image templates. There is no house default and no fallback — it is your branding or it does not render.

Finished and ready to use

Every render downloads in one tap — vertical, square or wide — captioned, branded and sized for wherever your agents are putting it.

One view of the whole agency

Who made what, what it cost, what it earned and what is still waiting. Spend is metered per agent, per month, and it stops at the number you set.

Twelve listings. One afternoon.

How it goes live

Three days.
Then it runs itself.

Live in 3 business days. We set up your brand kit, seat every agent with their own app and permissions, and import your listings — then a human checks a render of each template before you are handed the keys.

  1. 01 Day 0

    You sign up

Pick your plan and how many agents you need, accept the agreement, and pay setup plus your first month in one go.

  2. 02 Day 1

    We build your brand

Your logo, colours and fonts go onto all 36 video templates and all 20 image templates, and we render one of each to check them.

  3. 03 Day 2

    We seat your agents

Every agent gets their own installable app, their own spend limit and their own permissions. You decide what each of them may make.

  4. 04 Day 3

    Your listings go live

Listings imported and the first videos rendered and ready to download — in your branding, on every template.

The long version

What estate agency marketing
automation actually does.

Short version: the day the mandate is signed, that listing is already a video, already in your branding, already on your agents' feeds.

Estate agency marketing automation, in plain English

An agency lives or dies on how quickly a new listing reaches the market. Estate agency marketing automation means that marketing happens on the day the mandate is signed, without anybody opening a design tool. Paste the listing link and the price, the beds, the baths, the erf size, the suburb and the photographs are read off it and laid into a template that already carries your agency branding.

The same job goes by half a dozen names — property marketing software, a property marketing platform, an estate agency software add-on, estate agency content automation, or simply property marketing services bought in from a supplier in South Africa. They all describe one outcome: property listing videos and images, in your brand, out on the day the listing lands instead of the week after.

Thirty agents, one brand, one approval switch

Agency marketing does not drift because anybody is lazy. It drifts because thirty agents making their own posters in thirty different tools produces thirty different-looking agencies. Here every agent gets their own installable app, and the agent seats on your plan decide how many of them can. Each seat carries its own monthly spend limit and its own permissions, enforced in the database rather than in the interface — a limit only the screen believes is not a limit.

A principal can switch on an approval workflow, so nothing publishes until it has been signed off, and every action is stamped with the agent who took it, which makes the audit trail a record rather than a reconstruction. That is brand control in the render itself instead of in a policy document nobody reads: there is no house default and no fallback brand, so it is your branding or it does not render. A multi-branch group or a franchise can seat each branch separately while the brand stays one brand, and a PPRA-registered agency that needs to show which practitioner published which advert can do it from one screen.

Listing videos, reels and the formats buyers actually watch

The engine renders 36 video templates and 20 image templates in your agency branding. A listing video is cut from the photographs the agent already has, so a property walkthrough video needs neither a videographer nor a second visit to the house. Real estate reels for South Africa — short, vertical, sound-on — are the format that actually gets watched, and Instagram reels for estate agents are where most agency accounts are already being beaten by their own individual agents.

Every render can carry burned-in property video captions, because a large share of your market watches with the sound off, and a property video with voiceover covers the walkthroughs where a voice does more work than a caption. A Property24 video made this way costs minutes rather than a booking, which is the whole difference between marketing the mandates you care about and marketing all of them.

Where the listings come from, and where the posts go

Listings arrive the way your agency already works. Paste a Property24 link, paste a Private Property link, or connect a listing feed and do a bulk listing import of the whole book at once. Where you run a CRM, the listing and its status stay in step with it instead of being retyped into a second place.

Finished work goes out to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and four more destinations, from your agency's own accounts — never from a shared DoubleDown account, which is the thing a principal is right to refuse. That is real estate social media automation in the only form that is safe for a brand: your pages, your tokens, your history, and yours to keep. Anything you would rather send by hand downloads in one tap or goes straight to WhatsApp, where a large share of South African buyers will actually open it.

What it costs, and how the agreement works

The honest comparison is not other software. It is the cost of a marketing coordinator who is one person against thirty agents, and the per-listing videographer you can only justify on the expensive mandates. Estate agency marketing in South Africa is almost always quoted behind a contact form; ours is published on the pricing page in rands, setup fee included, before you speak to anybody.

The shape is the same as everything else we sell: one payment at checkout covering setup plus your first month, then a monthly debit order starting a full month later. No contract, month to month, cancel at the end of any paid month. Seats and plan move up or down as the agency does, and what an agent is allowed to spend is capped by you in advance rather than discovered on an invoice.

Sole mandates, show days, and the three days before any of it

The two moments an agency's marketing is judged are the listing pitch and the show day. Walking into a sole mandate presentation with the video you would run for that house already made is a different conversation from promising one, and here it costs minutes rather than a booking. For a show day, the same listing becomes a countdown post, a reminder the night before and a sold card afterwards, without anybody rebuilding it three times.

Setting an agency up takes three business days, and that is not padding. Your brand kit goes onto all 36 video and 20 image templates, every agent is seated and fenced, your pages and profiles are connected, your listings are imported, and a person checks a render of each template before you are handed the keys. Every other DoubleDown product is live in thirty minutes; this one is not, because doing it properly for a whole roster takes longer than doing it fast. We deploy remotely from Vanderbijlpark, so an agency in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban or Pretoria is set up in the same three days as one down the road. An agent working on their own rather than a whole roster wants Property Agent Automation instead.

Three business days. We build your brand kit onto every template, seat and fence each agent, connect your pages and import your listings, and a person checks a render of each template before you get the keys. Every other DoubleDown product is live in 30 minutes; this one is not, because doing it properly for a whole agency takes longer than doing it fast.

Yes, and it is enforced server-side. Every agent has a monthly credit limit you set, and the database refuses the render that would cross it. You can also cap what they are allowed to make at all — video, images, voiceover — per agent.

You offboard them from the dashboard. Their seat is released, their app stops working, their access to your listings ends and their social tokens are revoked. The work they already made stays with the agency, because it was made under your brand.

Yes, and that is deliberate. Posts go out from your agency’s own Facebook Page, Instagram Business account and LinkedIn — never from a shared DoubleDown account. You connect them once during setup.

Yes. Each plan includes a number of seats and extra seats are a flat monthly add-on. Move up a plan instead if you need the bigger monthly content budget as well as the seats.

It is the marketing of a listing happening automatically from the listing itself, instead of a person rebuilding it by hand. You paste a listing link; the price, beds, baths, erf size, suburb and photographs are read off it and laid into templates that already carry your agency branding; and the finished videos and images are posted to your own accounts on a schedule. The agency stops being the bottleneck between a signed mandate and its first post.

Ours is published on the pricing page in rands, including the setup fee, which is unusual in this market — agency marketing here is almost always quoted behind a contact form. The structure is one payment at checkout covering setup plus your first month, then a monthly debit order starting a full month later, with no contract. The comparison worth making is not against other software but against a marketing coordinator’s salary and a per-listing videographer, because those are what the work is currently costing you.

Yes, and that is the normal way in. Paste the link and the price, beds, baths, erf size, suburb and photographs come off the listing itself. A Private Property link works the same way, you can connect a listing feed for a bulk import of the whole book, and anything not online yet can be typed in by hand.

Yes. Turn approval on and every render waits for a principal or a marketing manager before it can be published. Every action is stamped with the agent who took it, so the audit trail shows who made what, who approved it and when it went out — which is the record a franchise or a multi-branch group usually needs and rarely has.

The agency does. It is rendered in the agency brand kit, from the agency’s listings, on the agency’s plan, and it stays when the agent leaves. That is one of the practical differences between seating your agents here and having each of them build their own marketing in their own personal tools, where the work walks out with them.

Yes. A rental listing is marketed exactly like a sale listing — same templates, same branding, same destinations — and a large rental book is usually the strongest argument for the bulk import, because it is the part of an agency that most often gets no marketing at all.

No. The templates are already designed and your brand kit is already on them, and a listing video is cut from the photographs the agent already has rather than from a shoot. Where a listing genuinely deserves a filmed walkthrough, use your videographer for that one and let this handle the other forty.

It is built to be. Listing and client information is stored against a retention policy you control, access is per agent rather than shared, every action is logged, and we never sell or share your data. Social posting runs on tokens your agency grants and can revoke at any time, and offboarding an agent removes their access immediately rather than at the next audit.

That is normal and it is how most agencies start — seat the agents who will actually use it, and add the rest when they ask, which they generally do once the first ones are posting daily. An agent who wants to run their own marketing independently of the agency plan is the other product, Property Agent Automation.
