Short version: an engine that fills the top of your funnel every morning — priced like software, not like an agency.
Exactly what a lead is here
This matters more than anything else on the page, so it goes first. What you receive is a prospect list: company records matching your ideal customer profile, with the decision maker named, their role, a verified business email, a phone number where one exists, and firmographics — enriched, deduplicated against your CRM, and scored for fit. Delivered every working morning.
What you do not receive is a booked meeting. We do not do appointment setting and we do not dial anybody on your behalf. If somebody promises you meetings for this money, read their contract twice. This is B2B lead generation at the sourcing layer — the sales prospecting research that eats your team's week before a single call is made — and your team still runs the conversation.
What SA agencies charge, and what we charge
Published South African B2B lead generation agency retainer rates run roughly R8,000 to R45,000 a month, with most firms landing between R15,000 and R25,000, plus a once-off setup of R5,000 to R15,000. Reported cost per lead ranges from about R300 for cold email to R3,500 for a qualified LinkedIn meeting. Those figures come from published SA agency pricing surveys, not from us.
We are R1,199 a month plus a R1,500 once-off setup fee — R2,699 at checkout, then R1,199 monthly, no contract. That is not the same purchase as a retainer and we are not going to pretend it is: an agency at R20,000 is running the outreach, the follow-up and the diary. We are filling the top of the funnel and handing it to you clean. For most SMEs the honest question is which of those two you can afford to have done for you, and this is the alternative to a lead generation agency when the answer is the first one.
Is cold emailing legal in South Africa?
Careful here, because the internet is full of confident wrong answers. POPIA applies to personal information, and a named person's work email is still personal information — POPIA business contact details are not automatically exempt just because they are business ones. Section 69 restricts unsolicited electronic direct marketing without consent, with a narrow existing-customer exception.
In practice that means: source transparently, keep a defensible record of where each record came from, identify yourself in the first message, and honour an opt out immediately and permanently. We build all of that in, we log the source of every record, and we maintain a global suppression list. We are not attorneys, this is not legal advice, and anyone telling you that cold email outreach is unregulated in South Africa because it is B2B is guessing.
How the targeting actually works
ICP targeting is the whole game. You define the profile — industry, region, headcount, revenue band, tech in use, hiring signals — and we target by industry and company size against it. Get this right and 500 records a month beats 5,000 that nobody works.
Every record is put through email verification before delivery so your sending reputation survives, then lead scoring ranks it for fit so your team works the top of the list first. We deduplicate leads against your CRM on delivery, so you are never charged for or distracted by a company you are already talking to. Records are exclusive to you — we do not resell the same list to your competitor down the road.
Where it lands, and who it is for
Leads arrive in your CRM — HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, a Google Sheet, or straight to email if that is genuinely how you work. No exports, no CSV shuffling, no monthly file somebody has to import. The sales pipeline fills while you sleep and your first job of the day is a call list, not a research task.
This is built for lead generation for small business in South Africa: the firm that needs sales leads and a real lead list but cannot justify twenty thousand a month for demand generation. It suits IT, professional services, manufacturing, logistics, construction and anyone with a definable B2B buyer. We work remotely from Vanderbijlpark with clients in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. Pair it with email campaigns to work the list, or a website chatbot to catch the ones who come back and look you up.
