Short version: pick the thing that is costing you customers, and have it running before lunch.
What can AI do for my business?
Most answers to that question are written by people selling a workshop. Here is the practical one. AI automation is worth money to a South African business in four places, and they are the same four in almost every industry: answering people faster than a human can, capturing the enquiry before it goes cold, doing the repetitive admin nobody wants to do, and following up when everybody is busy.
Everything we sell sits in one of those four. A visitor asks a question at 22:00 and gets an answer in a second. An enquiry that lands on a Sunday gets a reply and a booking instead of an unread inbox on Monday. A quote goes out from a customer's driveway. A list of prospects lands in the CRM before anybody opens a laptop. That is what AI for business means when it stops being a conference talk.
How do I start using AI in my business?
Start with the thing that is currently costing you money, not with the most impressive thing. If enquiries arrive on your website and nobody answers after five, that is a website chatbot. If your shared inbox is a backlog, the email agent. If your diary has holes and no-shows, booking systems.
If the problem is that not enough people know you exist, that is email campaigns or lead generation. If it is paperwork, quoting and invoicing. If your site is the weak link, website design. If you sell property, a listing should be marketed the day it lands — that is property firm automation for an agency, or property agent automation if you work for yourself. And if the thing you need is not on anybody's price list, that is custom AI.
Ten products, one at a time. Nobody needs all ten and we will tell you which one to start with if you ask.
What it costs, and why the price is on the website
Every price we charge is published on the pricing page, in rands, including setup fees. That is unusual in this market and it is deliberate — asking how much does AI automation cost in South Africa normally gets you a contact form and a call you did not want.
The shape is the same on almost everything: one payment at checkout covering setup plus your first month, then a monthly debit order starting a full month later. No contract, month to month, cancel at the end of any paid month. There is a free trial on the website chatbot if you would rather watch it answer questions about your own business before paying for anything. Bookkeeping and invoicing has no setup fee at all; website design is a once-off build plus flat hosting.
The honest answers to the three questions everybody asks
Will AI replace my staff? In our experience it does not — it takes the work they least want and gives back the judgement work. The systems that fail are the ones sold as headcount reduction and then quietly need two people to run. We will tell you which one your project looks like before you buy it.
Can I just use ChatGPT? Sometimes, genuinely. ChatGPT is excellent and it is cheap. What it does not do is sit on your website at 3am knowing your prices and your stock, capture the lead behind the question, or write into your calendar. If copy-and-paste is working for you, keep your money.
Do I need a developer? No. We do the building, training, integration and hosting; you answer the onboarding questions and approve the result. You never have to open anything more technical than the screen that changes your trading hours.
Why a South African supplier, and what we actually are
We are an AI company in South Africa — registered, based in Vanderbijlpark, and a supplier to businesses in every province. Calling us an AI agency is not quite right: an agency sells you time and a retainer, and we sell products with published prices that go live in thirty minutes. But it is the word the market uses, so it is the word we answer to.
The local part is not sentiment. You are billed in rands, so a currency move does not change your invoice. The systems are multilingual across all eleven official languages, which matters more in practice than any feature list. POPIA, PayFast and SARS-compliant invoicing are built in rather than adapted. And there is a phone number that a person answers during business hours.
People arrive here having typed very different things — business automation, AI services, AI solutions, AI tools for small business, an AI assistant for business, or simply "automate my business". They all want the same outcome: automate customer support and the admin around it, so the business keeps running when nobody is in it.
As an AI company in Gauteng we are twenty minutes from the industrial south of the province, and as a South African AI provider we deploy remotely everywhere else — Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and every town in between. If you would rather ask a person which of the ten fits your business, that is what the contact page is for — or ask the chat agent in the corner of this page. It is the same product we sell, so you may as well judge it by using it.
