Deposits through PayFast
Take a deposit or full payment at booking time through PayFast. A client who has paid a deposit shows up, and if they do not, the deposit covers the empty chair.
Reminders and calendars
Every booking sends an email reminder — included on every plan — and lands in your Google, Outlook or Apple calendar. A published Google or Outlook calendar is read back, so times you are busy are not offered.
What it does not do
Reminders go by email, not SMS or WhatsApp. And if you are a solo stylist with a handful of bookings a week, a free booking app may be all you need; this is built for salons that want deposits, staff routing and their own link.
