How do driving schools take bookings online?

With a booking page learners open from your website, Google profile or a link you send. They pick the lesson type, the instructor and a free time; each instructor has their own services and working hours. The booking lands in the instructor's calendar, the learner gets an email reminder, and on the Growth and Scale plans they pay a deposit or the full lesson through PayFast when they book.

How a driving
school runs it.

Instructors and lesson types

Add each instructor with the lessons they teach (code 8, code 10, a test-day booking) and their working hours. Learners only see times that instructor is free.

Group classes

Learner's licence classes run as group bookings with a set capacity, so a class closes when it is full.

Calendars

Every booking arrives as a calendar invite for Google, Outlook or Apple, and a published Google or Outlook calendar is read back so busy times are not offered.

What it costs

Deposits, group classes and intake forms come with the Growth and Scale plans. The Minimum plan suits one instructor; Growth covers up to 5 and Scale is unlimited. Prices are on the pricing page.
