What can a chatbot do for a medical practice?

It answers the questions that keep reception on the phone (your fees, the medical aids you accept, how referrals work, where to park, your hours) from the information you give it, and sends each appointment request to reception with the patient's details and preferred time. Reception books it in your own system. It never gives a diagnosis: anything clinical goes to the practice.

Website Chatbot: from R299 a month plus R250 setup, month to month. Live 30 minutes after sign-up, any day.

Answers only what you approve

It answers from your website and the documents you give it. You tell it which topics go to a person, and anything clinical always does.

Requests, not medical histories

It takes the patient's name, contact details and preferred time, and the fields you add, without asking for medical history in the chat. Each request is emailed to reception.

Next to your system, not inside it

It does not connect to your practice-management software, send appointment reminders or check medical-aid authorisations. Reception books the request as usual. If you want patients to book and pay a deposit themselves, that is the booking system.

POPIA

It is trained only on your practice. Conversations are never pooled with another client and never sold.
