What does a chatbot do for a restaurant?

It answers the questions guests ask before they come (the menu, prices, opening hours, parking, halaal, vegetarian and allergy options, corkage, kids' menus) from the information you give it, at any hour. When a guest wants a table or a function, it takes the date, time, number of people and their details and emails the request to you. You confirm it; the chatbot never books the table or takes payment.

Website Chatbot: from R299 a month plus R250 setup, month to month. Live 30 minutes after sign-up, any day.

Busy kitchen,
quiet phone.

Trained on your menu

It learns from your website and the documents you give it: the menu, specials, opening hours, the function packages, your corkage and kids' policies. It answers only from that, and when it does not know, it hands over to a person.

Your own request form, in the chat

You choose what it asks for: name, phone and email, plus your own fields such as date, time, number of guests, the occasion or a dietary note. Each request is emailed to you the moment the guest leaves it.

Allergies are your call

It repeats what your menu notes say about allergens and tells the guest to confirm with the staff. Tell it which questions always go to a person, and they do.

Photos of the dishes

On the Pro plans it can show photos and product cards in the chat, so a guest asking about the platters sees them.
