You paste a link
A Property24 link, a Private Property link, or your own site. The price, beds, baths, erf size, suburb and every photograph are read straight off the listing. Nothing is retyped and nothing is uploaded.
This is the whole pipeline, in the order it runs. The only part that needs a person is the first one.

Your logo, your colours and your fonts are already on all 53 video looks and 29 image designs. There is no house default and no fallback — it is your branding or it does not render.
An opener, the copy for each scene and an end card, from 8 hook styles and 8 closes. Captions are burned in, because most of your market watches with the sound off.
10 AI voices read the listing, and on the top plans you can clone your own — so the walkthrough sounds like the person the buyer is about to phone.
On our own render host, in the shape you asked for: vertical, square and wide. About two minutes of machine time for a fifteen-second reel, and none of it is your time.
One tap, straight to the phone in your hand. Captioned, branded, correctly sized. There is no project file to open and nothing left to finish.
27 listing looks, 15 marketing styles and 11 built for a Property24 lead — plus 29 image designs and 17 named photo presets. Pick one; your brand is already on it.
A marketing coordinator in South Africa costs roughly R19 785 to R27 008 a month before you have paid for a single video, and there is one of them. Put the numbers you actually run below and the page will do the arithmetic in front of you — no multiple we invented, no case study from somebody else's agency.

The engine is the same. What changes is how many people touch it and what you are allowed to stop them doing.
One agent, one brand, your own app on your phone. Make a video between viewings without a laptop and without waiting for the agency's marketing person. Live in 30 minutes.
Up to 60 agents, each with their own app, their own monthly content budget and their own rules about what they may make. Turn approval on and nothing leaves until a principal has seen it. Live in 3 business days.
Not in the interface. An agent with developer tools open is refused exactly like an agent without them, because the refusal happens server-side where the credit is spent.
We do not hand over a template library and wish you luck. Your brand kit goes onto every look and a person checks a render of each before you get the keys.
Roster, listing volume, the brands you trade under. That is what the plan is quoted from.
Logo, colours and fonts onto all 53 video looks and 29 image designs — then one render of each, checked by eye.
Each agent gets their own installable app on the seat you chose, with their own budget and their own permissions.
Pasted, or imported in bulk from your feed. First videos rendered and ready to download.
An agency does not lose mandates because its marketing is ugly. It loses them because the video for the house it pitched on Tuesday is ready the following Monday. This makes it on Tuesday, for every listing, at the same standard, whether the agent enjoys designing or not.
It is quoted, not listed. An agency of five and an agency of fifty are not the same product, so the plan, the seats and the one-off setup fee come back in writing once we know the roster and the listing volume. There is no contract — month to month, cancel at the end of any paid month.
The frames on this page are real renders from the same engine your listings would go through — not mock-ups, not stock, not a designer’s comp. Every one of them started as a listing link and came out finished, captioned and branded. What changes for you is whose logo and colours are on them.
From the listing itself. Paste a Property24 or Private Property link and the price, beds, baths, erf size, suburb and photographs are read off it. Anything not online yet can be typed in by hand, and a whole book can be imported at once from a feed.
A rate card you can read: a rendered video is 11 credits, an image is 2.8, a voiceover is 4. A plan's monthly budget therefore reads directly as how much content you can make. Unused credits do not roll over, and you can top up from inside the app.
Yes, and it is enforced server-side. Every agent has a monthly credit limit you set and the database refuses the render that would cross it. You can also cap what they are allowed to make at all — video, images, voiceover — per agent.
You offboard them from the dashboard. Their seat is released, their app stops working and their access to your listings ends. The work they already made stays with the agency, because it was made under your brand.
Property Agent Automation is thirty minutes on a business day. Property Firm Automation is 3 business days — brand kit, agent seating and permissions, listing import and a template QA pass. That one is not padding; doing it properly for a whole roster takes longer than doing it fast.
How many agents, how many listings a month. That is all a quote needs, and it comes back in writing — plan, seats and the one-off setup fee. No contract, month to month.
